ABOUT US

COMPANY OVERVIEW

C2B was created with quality construction workmanship in the field carried throughout project completion within project turnover documentation. This is accomplished by combining a background with over 16 years of experience in construction of mechanical piping with over 25 years of experience with quality and compliance to create a unique company that combines construction with quality. All mechanical piping construction companies bring the same experience using union labor but no company can combine that experience with the rigors of quality and compliance with turnover documentation to drive efficiency and overall satisfaction with our clients. Incorporating this level of quality will provide a Turn-Over-Package that can withstand the scrutiny of Qualification activities.

CULTURE

Employee and Client satisfaction is deeply ingrained within our operating culture.  Each client is assigned a portfolio manager and a field Foreman/Superintendent.  The portfolio manager is responsible for client relationship management and the field Foreman/Superintendent is responsible for the daily field activities and the on-ground daily contact with the clients.  We establish a set cadence of in person updates with the client to ensure overall satisfaction and to drive communication.  The cadences are set based on the size and rigor of the project.

Employee satisfaction is the key to driving quality work that provides overall benefits to our clients.  The C2B management team drives employee satisfaction using team building activities and driving a set cadence of meetings to open communication between the employees and management.  This employee to management relationship has established C2B as an employer of choice within the local union halls.

SAFETY

Safety is our number one priority within the company.  We have daily job huddles for every job site to discuss safety and we ensure ongoing safety training/courses are offered to our employees on a regular basis.  Our company goal is to strive for ZERO safety incidents.

QUALITY

Integrating our Qualification background from numerous years of experience in the BioPharma industry has allowed us to understand the rigors and requirements of regulatory agencies in documentation.  This experience is being integrated into our philosophy to ensure all project documentation is turned over to the client with the Quality mindset.   From our Construction Project Management and CQV experience, we have found that turn-over documentation is always lacking to meet client expectations.  Construction personnel are not trained nor are they expected to comply with these regulations.  Our unique philosophy takes that quality mindset training and integrates it into our documentation to bridge the gap between construction and quality thus creating a one of the kind company to our clients.
